吳緬,中國科學技術大學生命科學學院教授 ,博士生導師。中科院百人計畫引進人才。1953年1月生,江蘇蘇州市人。1982年本科畢業於南京師範大學生物系,1984年獲美國哥倫比亞大學生物化學碩士,1988年獲哥倫比亞大學分子生物學博士,1988-1990美國哈佛大學細胞發育系的博士後。

研究方向

1、 腫瘤細胞凋亡/生存的分子機制,實驗室集中研究的蛋白有:腫瘤抑制因子P53和ARF等; 凋亡誘導因子Siah-1、bad等以及抗腫瘤因子Pirh2等。我們實驗室感興趣的是各個分子之間的“對話(cross-talk)”以及由此產生的細胞功能。
2、 蛋白質的翻譯後修飾,尤其是蛋白質磷酸化和泛素化修飾,我們對Survivin-△Ex3、Siah-1/Siah1S、Pirh2以及P53的磷酸化及泛素化研究有較為深入的研究
3、 除了線粒體凋亡途徑以及受體凋亡途徑外,我們實驗室主要集中在細胞核凋亡信號網路的研究,我們發現Caspase-8的激活以及Pirh2的磷酸化都與細胞核緊密相聯
4、 腫瘤對藥物的抗性與細胞凋亡機制的損壞密切相關,實驗利用Microarray找到了一些novel 的抗紫杉醇的基因,正在研究這些上調或下調的基因在抗紫杉醇中的分子機理。

主要貢獻

2000年,中國科學技術大學生命科學學院“百人計畫”教授、博士生導師。承擔過國家973項目4項,任課題組長。2006年以來,連續三次承擔國家基金委重點項目,並承擔中科院先導項目子課題負責人。多年來,在腫瘤細胞凋亡/生存的信號轉導及分子機制,非編碼RNA調控腫瘤發生髮展的分子機理,p53與細胞代謝及誘導性多能幹細胞調控的分子機制方面做了一些開創性的工作。在SCI雜誌上發表論文60多篇,包括在國際上具有重要影響力的期刊,如Nature Cell Biology,Molecular Cell, Nature Communications,PNAS, 和EMBO Journal等.被引用超過2900次 。
